Rumor has it that the FBI allegedly seized nude photos of Anne Hathaway. The Federal Bureau of Investigation confiscated photos and trinkets belonging to her former boyfriend, Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri who is charged with eleven counts of fraud and money laundering in June.
The pictures include a “sizzling” photograph of the 25-year-old actress wearing only black fishnet stockings, a garter belt and bustier that completely exposes her breasts.
Anne learned the snaps were in federal custody after sending his brother, Michael, to retrieve photos from Follieri’s storage facility in the Bronx.
“Michael went to the storage facility, but was told it was a day late. The day before (July 15), FBI agents had removed many documents, photos and what is believed to Anne’s diaries from the cellar, “said an informant from the National Enquirer.
